Terms of Service

1. Service

ClickBase provides hosted authentication, database, realtime and file APIs ("Service"). You may use it for lawful applications. Plans, quotas and prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

2. Your data

You own all data stored in your projects. We do not sell or use it beyond operating the Service. You are responsible for your end users' data and privacy compliance.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, malware, illegal content, or attempts to abuse quotas or other tenants. We may suspend projects that threaten platform stability.

4. Availability

We aim for high uptime but the Free plan has no SLA. Paid plans: best-effort 99.5 % monthly. Export your data regularly; we keep daily backups for 7 days.

5. Payments

Paid plans are prepaid monthly/yearly via local payment methods and activated manually. No refunds after activation except where required by law.

6. Termination

You can delete your account any time. Inactive Free projects (no API calls for 90 days) may be archived after email notice.
